HERE,
THE LAND SETS THE STANDARD

Expanding across nearly 500 acres of protected Hill Country in West Leander, Texas, Weslynn is a new master-planned community designed to honor and preserve the land it calls home.

Imagine a life where the landscape sets the tone before the day even begins.

A terrain that makes demands

There is a moment, arriving in the Texas Hill Country for the first time, when the landscape seems to insist upon itself. Limestone escarpments that refuse to be ignored. Live oaks that press along creek beds. The slant of light that makes every late afternoon feel like a ceremony.

To be here is to see this place just as its earliest settlers saw it. To feel it just as they felt it. The same horizon line. The same 4,000 live oaks that have been fiercely cherished over generations. It’s a land that carries the poise of a place perfectly composed by nature: rugged in its beauty and steadfast in stature.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
A place like this doesn't exist because it was forgotten — it exists because of the stewardship of those who came before us. The same values that have preserved this landscape for generations are shaping Weslynn today.
PHILOSOPHYREVERENCE FOR THE LAND
Every decision begins with a deep respect for the natural beauty and character of the landscape. We build within what already exists — not on top of it.
PHILOSOPHY Restraint over excess
By building only what belongs, we preserve the integrity of the land rather than asking it to become something it's not.
PHILOSOPHYConnection to place
Thoughtful design fosters a deeper relationship with the land, creating opportunities to feel rooted in both nature and community.
PHILOSOPHYStewardship for generations
People come and go over time, but the land endures. We care for the landscape today, preserving it for those who follow.

Roads follow the contours of the land. Homes are positioned around heritage OAK trees. Parks emerge where nature already invites gathering. It’s an approach that asks less of the landscape, and more of ourselves.

Designed in collaboration with nature

How do you introduce architecture to a place that is already beautiful?

Weslynn's architectural perspective is defined around this question — and Hill Country Modern design serves as a primary influence. Born from this region, it's a sensibility that places nothing by default: Homes, landscaping, infrastructure and the shared ground between them each answer to a precedent the land has already set.

Existing trees and native plantings shape the placement of every home. Sight lines and sloping elevations are preserved. Outdoor living is embraced, strengthening the connection between home and nature. Honest materials, rich in texture and organic in character, create a built environment that feels unmistakably of this place.

What’s taking shape
at weslynn

Across the landscape, Weslynn’s first homesites, focal points and shared spaces are taking shape. Here’s an early glimpse of what’s in the works for the first installment of the community.

The first home collection

The inaugural release includes a limited number of signature one-acre residences and homesites, each carefully positioned to preserve the land’s natural character, privacy and views.

A landscape that leads

Native grasses, wildflowers and heritage trees are being preserved and restored, allowing the existing natural landscape to shape the rhythm, beauty and privacy of the community.

Connected by nature

The first of Weslynn’s parks and open spaces are taking shape, beginning with a 27-acre land reserve, 12-acre flagship park and a low-impact trail network that weaves throughout the landscape.
